What's A Goin' On?!

JD and I ran in the Middle Half yesterday. Well, I more walk/jogged in it, but he ran the majority of it. I finished 1636th overall. My time was 3:06:34, JD finished 1248 with a time of 2:30:21. Nothing to brag about on my end, but I didn't quit! I finished and that was my goal. My body is in agony today. I hurt ALL over. I literally have never been so sore in my life. I'll know what to expect and how to prepare for the next one! So since I'm basically on bed rest today, I figured I'd update the blog. I'll have pictures from Ann's camera from the marathon soon.

At the end of last month, we went to my brother's wedding in Tybee Island, GA.







The next weekend we went to Arrington Vineyards to celebrate Ann's birthday.










We also tried on wedding dresses (I did, not JD!), we met with a photographer and we met with the people at Cedarwood about booking for our wedding there.

It's all inclusive which is great for me since I'm not really well educated in weddings and wedding etiquitte. It's also great because I'm so busy with work and I odn't have the time I'd like to dedicate to planning for the wedding. I just tell the coordinators and the planners what I like and don't like and they do the rest! They cover the food, the cakes, the flowers, the decor, the music, everything! I'm off to call and ask some special friends of mine if they'd be bridesmaids for me. And hopefully to get my whole body ready for work tomorrow
