We started off the morning with some fun on the Wii.

This gal loves remotes, cell phones, cameras, basically anything electronic. She is going to blow us all away at her technological skills at an early age.
Then we did some coloring.

Which turned into Abby trying to fit all 120 crayons into her hand. I loved watching her work at this. I really should have gotten a video, but that's alright. I have another one to share.

Which then turned into Abby tossing the crayons about. I'm not kidding. She emptied the entire box. And when I tried to help her clean up her game of 120 Crayola Pick-Up, she would "no-no" me and I wasn't allowed to assist in the clean up part of the game.

She really enjoyed wreaking havoc with the crayons in the living room. Scarlet even came out of hiding to see what the commotion was all about! But I really got a kick out of seeing her in the zone. She was having a blast, and picking up crayons was the least of my concerns!
Then I found a hidden little gem in the coloring book. Stickers!! I though she'd love this. Not so much. She couldn't stand it being on her. She would shake her hands trying to get them off and look at me like I was crazy to have given her these things.
I made a video on my phone of her with them, but I'm not computer savvy enough to figure out how to post it. Ann has it up on her site so you can find it here: http://stuartandann.blogspot.com/2010/06/stickers.html
In this picture she has one crumpled up in her hand and her face is like, "This is what I think of your sticker fun."

We then went to the pool and had a grand ol' time. She played for a while in her pool(which may now be out of commission since one by the name of Julius put a hole in it with his giant rabbit feet!). We also got into the big pool. This was an experience. She loves the water. LOVES it. And really wanted me out of her way so she could roam it as she pleased. Abby got frustrated with me and really didn't want my help. So I just took her out of the pool and back into her little pool. She was not pleased by any means with me, but after a minute she relaxed, forgot the incident happened and forgave me and played in her pool. She is so independent, but she makes me nervous in the water and I have to remove us from that situation sometimes. It's much more relaxing and easier on my nerves when she's beside me in her mini pool.

Looking forward to more Adventures with Abby in the upcoming weeks. I'm thinking we need to make a trip somewhere. Any ideas?
Love the pictures!
